Scheduling and booking, the calm way.
Akkorda is a product we built to solve a familiar problem: organising a group event is hard. Finding a date everyone can do is only the first hurdle — then you need to find and book a venue that fits the plan.
The problem
Coordinating groups across calendars, messages and emails creates a mess of maybe-dates, crossed wires and forgotten replies. Once a date is finally agreed, booking a venue often means a separate hunt through scattered listings, forms and phone calls. The result is wasted time and events that never quite get off the ground.
Who it is for
Akkorda is for anyone who plans gatherings — friends arranging a weekend, communities running regular meet-ups, clubs booking space, or small teams organising offsites. It is designed for organisers who want a simple, dependable flow without the noise of broader social platforms.
How it works
Akkorda brings the two hardest parts of planning into one connected flow:
- 1Create an event, propose a few dates and invite participants by email or link. They vote on what works for them, so the group converges quickly without endless threads.
- 2Once the date is set, browse and book a venue right inside the same flow. Akkorda shows spaces that match the event, then handles the reservation details in one place.
- 3Confirm, share the details with attendees and get back to the part that matters — the event itself.
Built on the Foundation stack
Akkorda is a real-world test of our platform: a modern, responsive web app with accounts, bookings, payments and notifications — all engineered with the same considered approach we bring to client work.
